Return Policy

At Dekord, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. To balance customer satisfaction with fair practices, we have established the following return and refund policy:


30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at dekord.legal@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.

  3. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

  4. The product must be sent back to the official Dekord return address (listed below).

  5. Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product. Once verified:

  • We will cover all shipping costs and provide a replacement at no charge.

  • If you prefer, we can issue a full refund.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for banks or payment providers to reflect the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, contact us at dekord.legal@gmail.com.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product swaps. If you want a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized cables (unless defective).

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or modification.

  • Products returned in used, broken, or tampered condition.

  • Orders without valid proof of purchase.


Fraud & Scam Protection

To protect our business and genuine customers, Dekord reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that show signs of intentional damage, misuse, or tampering.

  • Deny refunds if the returned product is not the same item originally shipped.

  • Request additional proof (such as unboxing video/photos) in case of disputes.

  • Take legal action in cases of fraudulent claims or attempted scams.


European Union Customers

For EU customers, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The product must meet the same condition requirements listed above. Shipping costs for voluntary returns (non-defective items) will be borne by the customer.
