Warranty Policy & Claim Information

At Dekord, we design and manufacture our products with durability, performance, and safety in mind. To ensure customer peace of mind, all Dekord cables come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

Dekord’s warranty applies to:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Functional issues under normal, intended use of the product.

  • Connector failure, internal wire breakage, or non-functionality within the warranty period.

Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or surface damage.

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling (e.g., bending beyond design limits, pulling with force, crushing, twisting).

  • Exposure to liquids, fire, extreme heat, or hazardous environments.

  • Modifications, tampering, or repairs carried out by the customer or third parties.

  • Damage caused by third-party adapters, uncertified chargers, or non-compliant devices.

  • Accidental damage, negligence, or intentional destruction.

Warranty Period

  • All Dekord cables: Flat 1-year warranty from the date of original purchase.
  • Customized cables: Covered only for functionality issues under normal use but are not eligible for refund.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at dekord.legal@gmail.com with:

    Proof of purchase (invoice/order number).

    Photos or videos clearly showing the defect.

    A brief description of the issue.


  2. Our support team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.

  3. If approved:


    You may be asked to ship the defective product back to our return address.


    Once verified, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.


    In cases where the same product is unavailable, an equivalent or upgraded replacement may be provided.


Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • If product defect is confirmed: Dekord will bear all shipping and replacement costs.
  • If no defect is found: The customer will be responsible for both return and reshipping costs.

Scam & Fraud Protection

To maintain fairness for all customers, Dekord reserves the right to:

  • Reject claims with insufficient or falsified proof.
  • Deny warranty if the returned product is different from the one originally purchased.
  • Request unboxing videos, device test proofs, or additional verification if needed.
  • Blacklist accounts repeatedly attempting fraudulent claims.

International Warranty Claims

  • Customers outside Pakistan are eligible for warranty claims.
  • International return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer if the defect cannot be verified remotely.|
  • Replacement products will be shipped only after verification.

Dekord’s warranty provides replacement only. Refunds are covered under the Return & Refund Policy and not under warranty claims.
